How We Work – The Bodhi Sangha Model
Our Response to the Meta-Crisis
The meta-crisis is a crisis of institutional overgrowth, disconnection, and self-destructive complexity. We ask:
-
Can we transcend ego and separation to birth new, interconnected ways of being?
-
Can we build a sensing network of people who align, adapt, and act together?
Our Key Components
-
Sensing & Intelligence: Nodes relay insights, making collective wisdom actionable.
-
Capacity Building: We cultivate ecosystem leaders through learning journeys, yatras, and dialogues.
-
Shared Vocabulary: Developing a common language for the meta-crisis.
-
Alignment of Actions: Nodes align around shared sensing to co-create emergent solutions.
Our Activities (2024-25)
-
Mapping the ecosystem – Documenting aligned initiatives.
-
Identifying action areas – Catalyzing change in 2-3 critical domains.
-
Gathering the tribe – Holding two key convenings.
-
Weaving the network – Strengthening bonds through retreats, fellowships, and mentorship.
What We Hope to Achieve
By 2039, Bodhi Sangha aims to:
-
Grow into a network of 500-1000 nodes.
-
Enable cross-sectoral alignment on systemic issues.
-
Serve as a decentralized sensing-action field that navigates crises and opportunities.
(“We don’t build organizations. We build relational fields that move.”)
