The Network & Its Purpose
What is Bodhi Sangha?
Bodhi Sangha is a journey of ecosystem weaving—a relational field of L4 leaders responding to the meta-crisis. It is a decentralized, non-hierarchical network that fosters shared sensing, aligned action, and virtuous power.
Our Origins
-
Born from decades of social change movements, weaving networks and holding deep dialogues on systemic transformation.
-
Rooted in Indic wisdom, relationality, and co-sensing.
-
An offshoot of SSPM, it is both an India-focused effort and a global node for the meta-crisis response.

Our Design Principles
-
Nurturing unconditionally – Supporting leaders to act from imagination, not fear.
-
Building virtuous power – Strengthening relationships anchored in conscious action.
-
Self-knowledge as core – Acting from deep inner awareness.
-
Engaging with power constructively – Shaping the future by working with all forces of change.
-
Co-creating spaces for miracles – Holding gatherings where new possibilities emerge.
-
Exploring the mystery – Staying humble, learning from uncertainty.
The Bodhi Sangha Structure
-
Core Stewards: A small group holding the network together.
-
Ecosystem Nodes: Decentralized, self-organizing hubs relaying signals and taking action.
-
The Extended Circle: A diverse network of co-travelers contributing to the journey.
(“A network of weavers creates a collective of L4s that form a consciousness field of wisdom and power.”)
